Shri S. Subramanian is a Retd Regional Director, ESI Bangalore and Advocate and he founded the statutory compliance consulting practice after taking voluntary retirement from the ESIC department. His domain expertise and knowledge base on all matters related to EPF rules, procedures and internal policy is extensive and significant. He is sometimes consulted even now by the present ESIC officers on difficult issues.

Venkatesh Subramanian,
Managing Partner

Shri Venkatesh Subramanian joined our consulting practice in 2002 and is in charge of the practice from 2008 He has gained extensive insights and knowledge into the EPF and ESI rules and regulations and represents many large companies and complex cases in hearings at the departments. He is also an expert in the entire statutory compliance process, including the PF and ESI portals. He maintains long standing relationships within the EPF and ESI departments in Bangalore.

Shri Guruprasad joined our consulting practice in 1998. He manages all operations related to statutory compliance matters in EPF and ESI and is an expert in the operations of EPF and ESI portals.
