Use of information provided by Client and Confidentiality

All information received from the client shall be kept confidential and used only for the purposes intended for, such as the PF resolution process. We are relying on your information for completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability and we will communicate any additional requirements of the EPFO for documents, information, etc., as the case may be.

It is your sole responsibility to provide the data required by the EPFO, in a timely manner, to resolve your specific issue at the EPFO offices.

Payment of Fees

• The overall fee for the service shall be that expressed within the quotation and shall comprise fee charges, including, Consultant’s time spent on the assignment and travelling and out-of-pocket expenses
• Fees are payable in full, in advance.
• Fees are not refundable, under any circumstances, whatsoever.

General Liabilities

• We shall undertake to carry out the Service with reasonable care and skill. Our services are based on best efforts basis. No liability shall be accepted by us for any work carried out in connection with this or any other project and it shall be a condition of any contract that no such liability shall be accepted under any circumstances.
• In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any activity undertaken by us, on your behalf.
